It Uses The Date Of Production On The Tires

You get the tire production date instead of the current year when buying tires? Don't panic just yet, or guessed, that the tires had already expired as a food product.

Herry Maylanda, Manager of product planning at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, explain what is the meaning of date production is usually stamped on the side next to the tire.

According to Herry, essentially ban doesn't expire for stored well and they will not go down when in use.

The production date of the tires, said Herry, not as a token to expire or whether a ban, but more just for the benefit of manufacturers in terms of tracking when something happens.

"It was just to ease tracking by the manufacturer when there is something, even who is in charge of the production when it can be known of the production code in ban tablets," said Herry interrupted safety drive campaign Bridgestone Tire Safety at Toll KM57 Cikampek, West Java, Thursday (June 2, 2016).

So, said Herry, tires that have not been used no age expire, as long as it is kept well and will not affect performance when used, for example, there is very little is difficult to distinguish the alias with the latest production ban.

In order for the ban to remain in good condition, Herry said, should be kept well anyway. Placed standing in a rack, and then the room temperature that is not damp or hot, ideally around 27 degrees Celsius.

When stacked, stacking have to do too much and adjusted to the weight of the type of tires so as not to make the ban be flattened because was squeezed.
